We open our hips. We awaken our legs. We steady ourselves as segments of our very beings let loose and let go. Our bodies breathe. Our babies breath with us. Our changing bodies tip us over into another world. The world of mother, growing herself, as her own baby grows within her. We lose our balance, we find it again, we surrender what we no longer need, we hold onto what we are not ready to let go of. This is your class. This is whatever you need it to be. We move safely through this dance, this duet between you and your baby. We modify as we need to.
Baby & Me Yoga

Welcome. Your baby is welcome. This is a chance to be in community when you are ready to come out of your delicious cocoon. After all this time, you are still here, only different and yet the same. And now you have your new little best friend with you. We gently remember those bodies, those vehicles of power and strength, and nurture them as they cry out to us for movement and re-awakening. The dance is awkward at times, you aren't always in tune. And then other times you just get it right. Postpartum means getting back into yourself through new telescope eyes. It means a practice that is often interrupted by nursing, feeding, caressing, holding, diaper changes, and independent moments of triumph. Welcome to our new lives. The journey continues...
Toddler & Me Yoga (crawlers through standing)

Here you are, your body even stronger and ever thirsty for movement. You still need to get out and be in community. Baby has grown longer, spins like a clock, rocks on knees or even crawls to stand. Bring your baby with you to a more vigorous postnatal yoga class where baby can join you in upright postures where he or she can get a new “bird’s eye view” of the world while sitting, scooting and even standing. Baby has “graduated” from lying down baby postures on the floor and now does “bigger baby” postures along side you. You get some adult time as you renew yourself mentally, physically and emotionally in class while baby gets to socialize too! It’s the most fun you can have without having to worry about a babysitter!
Young Kids Yoga - Caregiver Optional
(3 - 4 yrs)
Songs, ryhmes, movement, good times. Romping and rolling, just being and growing. The children emerge, luminescent, pure light. We sit, blessed always, to be by their sides. We are silly and breathing, creative then still. Such blessings and bounty... our memories we fill!
The Bradley Method® of Natural Childbirth
What is this business about birthing babies anyway? Beloved and celebrated obstetrician, the father of fathers in the operating room, Dr. Robert Bradley, brought us to the realization that birth with understanding and real life tools to work with, is a much simpler event than we might have originally thought. Come find out how pain and discomforts through our pregnancies and labor are actually the means our bodies communicate to us what we need, where we are and even what is about to come. When we recognize its language, we learn how we and our partners can help us to meet its needs. This course is 12 weeks to learn the keys of mental, physical and emotional relaxation. In addition, there is much to learn about pregnancy nutrition, pregnancy exercises, conventional and non-conventional options for pain relief, the questions and decisions you and your birth team can make throughout this experience while wide awake through this pregnancy experience. Information. Education. Calm those fears. Bring your partner into this with you. This class is about falling in love all over again with each other and with your babies.
